Site Challenges
- The Stahl House© tours are handicap accessible. Please contact the Stahl House© HERE if you will be attending a tour in a wheelchair, or have vision or hearing impairments.
- The carport entry door opening is 32″ wide. If your wheelchair is larger than the carport door opening, please contact the Stahl House HERE.
- You are allowed to sit on the furniture during your tour. If you are feeling like you would rather sit down and enjoy the space, you are welcome to do so.

- The pool decking does have some uneven surface areas. There are two bridges that go over the pool that require you to step up and step down. Please have someone assist you while you are on the deck area. Those with wheelchairs can stay on the flat surface and go around the pool deck to enter the house.
- A restroom is available that will accommodate a wheelchair that is 26″ wide and those with vision and hearing impairments. Please make sure that a person, from your party, is available to assist you. The Stahl House© is a historical site and we are unable to change the structure to widen doorways or bathroom areas. If your wheelchair is wider than 26″ and a restroom is required, please notify your docent(s).
- For those with hearing impairments, we do offer a tour script which will include the Introduction, Property Rules, and will touch on the Stahl House© History and the Stahl Family. The tour script is available upon arrival at the Stahl House.
